Stiphend to Law Graduates

(District Sector Head of Account 2225-00-103-0-58)(Budget for the year 2019-20 is Rs.576.00 Lakhs)
Unemployed candidates from the backward classes who have attained law degree are being trained in the profession of lawyer.
Eligibility Specified for Candidates:
1.     The annual income limit of the applicants and their family is Rs. 3.50 lakh for Category 1 candidates and Category 2 (a), 3 (a) and 3 (b) is Rs.2.50 lakhs.
2.     The maximum age limit for Category I will be 31 years and a 30 year maximum age limit for other Backward Classes candidates.
3.     The candidate must have registered their names in Bar Council.  The Candidate must have passed Law Degree Examination within 2 years of last date for filing applications for training.
4.     Duration: 4 years training in the legal profession.
5.     The maximum number of Candidates for each District is10. (District Program)
